As I’m making my bed on Sunday morning, waiting for my hair to dry after my shower — the tv is on and Oprah is interviewing some lady I don’t recognize. It’s Super Soul Sunday and all of a sudden i hear them talking about me.
First and foremost — All credit for the story go to Oprah! The impressions…they are mine 🙂
So when you hear something on Sunday…..and it’s still in the forefront of your thoughts on Tuesday — something magical is happening. It’s Learning Time!
Sunday — is Runday, again!
Thank goodness I was able to eat more normally this week. Grilled chicken, oatmeal, bananas, even a tuna fish sandwich. Woo Hoo! Food never tasted better. When I weighed in on Saturday, I was up 2.6 pounds. I took it, with a smile on my face. Health matters!
Yesterday was fitness day at the high school, where all the teenagers, including my Erin, are tested and measured on a variety of physical challenges so the government can measure their fitness.
……and I felt like a B.E.A.S.T! R.u.n.n.i.n.g. IS that amazing!
