365 Days of Happiness (188/365)

As Saturday morning approaches….I begin to have those feelings.  You know the feelings.  Those tingle sensations…sometimes good, sometimes not….where your ‘true self’ starts telling your conscious self just what kinda week you had.    Just what kinda outcome you deserve.   What’s the scale gonna say???  Huh?  Huh??


This week, in my food protocol, I’ve been focusing on two things:  1) Focus on foods with >30% protein and 2) Avoid sugar before dinner.

In the mental department, I’ve been focusing on two things as well.  1) Go to a Weight Watchers meeting on Saturday morning no matter what and it’s obvious partner…..2) Be Honest ..with myself.

These things seem simple, but they are HUGE.  And this kind of work is sometimes much harder than planning meals AND therefore the payoff is just as great.

My tingle sensations…..as Saturday creeps closer……feel p.r.e.t.t.y. good!  🙂
