Yesterday was Day 1 — 30 minutes of run/walk intervals and I was flat on the floor. Catching my breath. Hoping someone would help me up. Luckily tomorrow is a rest day!
Damn, I am out of shape. It’s ok. It’s not going to get me down or break my spirit. It’s just really eye-opening how far I have fallen…. Tuesday is a rest day. I plan to go to the pool in the hotel in Baltimore and grab an Aqua Aerobics class. Give my feet and knees a rest.
