Two weeks of committed running — every day the schedule says.
Maybe not perfect runs, but a run every day none-the-less. Committed running — and my muscles are forming again. My soft spots are getting leaner again. My drive and desire is building again.
I want this. I forgot how much. Tuesday is a Rest Day. I’m going to store up my stubbornness on Tuesday. I need to R.U.N. 3 miles on Wednesday. All 3 miles. As slow as it takes to do it…..but I have to PROVE to myself that I CAN!
Growing stronger….Again! And Again. As many freaking times as it takes!!
