365 Days of Happiness (204/365)

Saturday is ‘accountability day‘ – aka Weight Watchers Day.    Just the facts Diane, just the facts.

Dr-Zeuss-choices

#1 – I attended a meeting in Altamonte, Fla.  While it’s no where as comfortable and well-led as my comfy, cozy ‘family‘ East Brunswick meeting — I was there, in my seat, in ‘their‘ back row at 730am sharp.  Step 1 to anything — ya gotta show up!

#2 – The scale recognized my hard work this past week – I’m down another 1.6 pounds for a total of 45.6 pounds lost 🙂

#3 – I set another small goal for next week, to keep me looking forward and excited about what I’m fighting for.  I’m shooting to lose 1.8 pounds in the upcoming week.  If I do, I will move into the 220s.   Losing through the decades!

#4 – No binge behavior in an entire week!   Feeling pretty strong fighting off the cravings.  Keep your mind on the program Diane.  Don’t acknowledge them and don’t act on them.  Game On, a.g.a.i.n.

So all in all, a very good week.  I’ll be back with you next week for more facts!  I know the direction I am headed….because I chose it.  Hats off to Dr, Seuss.   #ChooseHappiness365 (204/365)

Ciao for now…..Diane

About Diane

Ciao! My name is Diane. I'm a wife, a mom, a working professional, and a Weight Watcher from New Jersey. I started blogging in 2011, at 45 years old, when I was training for my first Half Marathon at Rutgers on April 22, 2012. Since then, I've lost 80 pounds, completed my Half Marathon goal and gone on to train for and run my very first Full Marathon. On Jan 13, 2013, I ran the Disney Marathon in Orlando, Fl! What an incredible day. As the saying goes -- "The person who starts the race is not the same person who finishes the race." I am forever changed! So now we move on to the next phase of this journey! Come along. We're in this together!! Ciao for now!
