Happy Easter everyone!  I do hope you are enjoying this blessed day wherever you are!  Since Peter began today with a trip to the gym and I went on a gorgeous spring walk……we decided to forgo the chocolate and candy this year.   But that doesn’t mean — we miss out on treats!  OH NO.  Nah Uh!   We splurged and bought a big pre-cut tropical fruit salad and this tub of skinny truwhip.  Truewhip is kinda like cool whip but it’s all natural.  On top of the fruit salad …. it’s light, sweet, creamy….just delicious!  So this Easter is all about fruit parfait for treats!    Pure Happiness!  #ChooseHappiness365 (135/365)
