Happiness is fitting a sweet cup of Magnifico’s Yo-Cream frozen yogurt into your Weight Watchers daily smart points on a gorgeous afternoon. I’ve been doing so well losing weight on the new program, and a big part of the reason has been because I’m learning how to fit the “rule of SPs” into my everyday life.
