Our little girl…our daughter Erin is 19 years old today! Where did all the time go? This little munchkin is in college now, and I spend today full of a thousand memories.

Here’s an interesting fact: Our little bean is “Queen of the 23rds!” Huh, what? You don’t know what that means? Oh – this is going to be fun.

So, today is Erin’s Birthday, February 23rd. When she was younger – she noticed a very interesting phenomenon in our family.

She was born on Feb 23rd.

Peter was born on June 23rd.

Grandma was born on July 23rd.

Her aunt was born on May 23rd.

Even our dog Jewel was born on May 23rd.

So Erin created — the 23rd Club. And our joke became, that Mom wanted to “get into” the 23rd club. Now I was born on boring ole January 6th…..so – I don’t qualify. But I would TRY!

I would tell her, — hey hey I’m the daughter of a 23rd, I’m the mother of a 23rd, I’m the sister of a 23rd, I married a 23rd, I’m even an owner of a 23rd!!! Surely this is enough!

Nope. Not a 23rd! Ohh..the giggles and fun we had with this.
