7 days to THE RACE! My goal for this week is to focus on mind, body and spirit.
For my mind — I’m going to be focusing on relaxing. Staying Calm. Going Zen. No thoughts of Fear or Worry this week. Nope, Nada. Only Peace!
For my body — I’m going healthy Power Foods. Feed my body only the best, and get Strong Strong Strong. And I’m going to Rest — Sleep, Recover, Get Stronger!
For my spirit — I’m going to focus on a positive affirmation every day — one that reminds me of how far I have come in this journey.
Today’s thought is: You are Ready — You Did Enough — Now Kick It’s @ss!!
