My friend Faith Dara has been posting 100 Days of Happiness. It was an inspiration passed on to her by a friend in her life. By association on FB — it’s had a wonderful effect on me. Each day, I would come to FB with an excitement, an expectation … to see the small, simple things that brought happiness into Faith’s life. It made me smile. Her happiness was contagious!
I quit weight watchers today. I dumped Facebook. This has everything to do with me, and nothing to do with you. I’m sorry if I hurt your feelings. I just have to figure myself out.

Months ago — I signed up for the Perfect 10 Miler. Oh boy – looks like it’s time I start fulfilling that commitment.
Happiness comes in so many sizes….in so may ways. But today, the message at Weight Watchers was…Happy people lose weight more easily. Well OKay then. Lets get my happiness project going then!
A friend of mine, Dana, started a Running Group for some of our friends who want to Learn to Run. A Beginner, slow-poke, Turtle type of Running Group. Seemed too good to pass up. So I didn’t!
This year for Valentine’s day — the Universe gave me the gift of hitting Rock Bottom!
This week on t.v. the crazy amazon guy didn’t get “Eaten Alive” by the gigantic anaconda. {BIG SURPRISE}. Those snakes have to break your bones to crush you into a small enough swallow-sized package. I, for one, didn’t think the dude was going for it. Besides, my husband Peter reminds me — they also squeeze the life out of you, to kill you before they take the first g.u.l.p. — to make sure you won’t hurt them while they do the time-consuming deed. So — odds were not in the amazon guy’s favor.
