Peter and I made a quick run to the mall tonight in the rain — to return something we bought online…that just didn’t work out).  🙁

As we were walking q.u.i.c.k.l.y. through the parking lot, trying (unsuccessfully) to dodge raindrops…my eye caught this lady walking to her car under the protection of a bubble umbrella!

In an instant, I was in elementary school — a 9-year-old — walking to school with my younger sister — stepping (ok, honestly — jumping, STOMPING) in puddles with our little rain boots.  Oh – but we were safe.  Nothing could get us!  We were protected, safely inside our own BUBBLE world.  Ha!

Some things just make me smile.  And today it was a bubble umbrella!  Rock it Lady.  I think those bubbles are ageless, timeless classics!   #ChooseHappiness365 (143/365)
