My beautiful mother’s birthday was Saturday July 23rd.  I’m so grateful for FaceTime — on these days when I am farther away than I want to be.  I’m so grateful to my sister Debbie — who took mom to Epcot so they could ride the new Soarin’ ride.  Mom’s favorite.  Always favorite things on your birthday!

My daughter Cait and I agree….we simply love the glow of the Domino Sugar sign across the Inner Harbor. Somehow it creates a warm glow across the water, while reminding us of some of what built this wonderful city.

House hunting is challenging….and until we find the “ONE” …. it’s somewhat discouraging.

But I suppose that’s why it’s not called House Picking, cuz you don’t just open a catalogue and pick one.  Or House Selecting, cuz you can’t line up every option and just select one.   Easy Peasy.

Nope.  It’s “hunting”  – the act of chasing,  searching, scouring, pursuing with force,  engaging in pursuit, an endeavor to find.

I walked home from work downtown today.  It was a warm, sunny summer evening.  Just a beautiful 20 minute night’s stroll.  It made up for those 2-3 hour drives home from Stamford!!!   Ahhhh…..#LoveCityLiving
