Inside Cinderella’s Castle exists an exquisite piece of art. The story of Cinderella told in tiny, color-filled mosaic tile. This is my absolute favorite place in the world. Inside this place — I am 10 years old, holding my Daddy’s hand. Looking. Absorbing. Admiring. Someone…..took time, patience, and love….and caringly placed each piece of tile, perfectly into place. S.h.i.v.e.r.s.
Woke up today with a swollen ankle….I guess I sprained it yesterday a bit more than I thought. (boo hoo to me!) As I was browsing Facebook today – I learned that it’s FOX DAY at Rollins College, where my daughter is a student!

With the girls away at college during Easter this year, Peter took me out to Fresco for Easter dinner. This was our first Easter dinner, just the two of us, and our first out at a restaurant, instead of making a special dinner (even a small one) at home. It was really fun. Peter and I are adjusting to our “empty-nest-hood” pretty well. We have great conversations…..with only a small part of them involving the girls! How. About .That!
Happy Easter everyone! I do hope you are enjoying this blessed day wherever you are! Since Peter began today with a trip to the gym and I went on a gorgeous spring walk……we decided to forgo the chocolate and candy this year. But that doesn’t mean — we miss out on treats! OH NO. Nah Uh! We splurged and bought a big pre-cut tropical fruit salad and this tub of skinny truwhip. Truewhip is kinda like cool whip but it’s all natural. On top of the fruit salad …. it’s light, sweet, creamy….just delicious! So this Easter is all about fruit parfait for treats! Pure Happiness! #ChooseHappiness365 (135/365)
