It’s funny. When I googled the definition of discipline – the most prevalent definitions that popped up involved some form of training “through the use of punishment or forced obedience“. Do you wander around for a while? Ok, maybe a looooong long while? Or do you stop and ask for directions? Today, I stopped. At Starbucks. And friends helped me find my way….again. Sometimes in life, you go through phases — phases where you are down, and phases where you are kicking @ss!
For me — this metaphor puts it all into perspective. “Sometimes….you are the lion and sometimes you are the zebra.”
I’m going to try the Bulletproof Diet. I feel like I need to make a meaningful change in how I am eating. Marathon Brian has had success with it. “Eat Powerful = Run Powerful” versus my current state, which is “Eat Weak = Too Weak to Run”
