Here is the equation:  1+1 = 15,000

1 – I had to go to ShopRite for a few things (ginger, asparagus, tuna fish)

plus

1 – I had to get my steps in for today

1+1 = I walked to ShopRite —> 15,000 steps as of 3:30p
